Marge Yale brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the real estate industry. She has been in real estate, her second career, for 31 years. Before that, she was in the field of education for many years. She
is able to transfer her teaching experience into helping clients reach
their goal in home ownership as well as training new agents in the
profession.
She believes that knowledge is essential in truly being able to help and work with clients. As
a result, she has taken hundreds of hours of education in the field,
earning many national designations such as CRB, CRS, GRI, LTG and PMN
as well as being certified and specializing in several fields such as
relocation, new home construction and land. She has been able to then share her knowledge with other brokers as well as clients.
She
believes in volunteering in the industry to help promote
professionalism and education and has served for many years on
committees in the local, state and national real estate organizations
and has been a past president of the local board and regional vice
president of the state board. She
has been recognized for her service by being the recipient of “Realtor
of the Year” in 1987 and 1993 and the Distinguished Service Award on
both the local and state levels.
